TEAM FEE PAY
We are moving to an online system this year for registration and training fees.
We are hoping that this will simplify the registration process for parents/guardians and also for our coaches avoiding the need to handle cash at training etc.
Having worked closely with the staff at Team Fee Pay, the process is really straight forward and the team have been very responsive to our queries helping us get the set up in place for the coming season.
How will it work?
You will be provided a link from the coaches to register the player(s).
Fill in the details on the Online system.
You will also get access to the Clubs 2022 Welcome Pack, and for any players new to the club, a Registration form that you will need to fill out, print and return to you coach..
You will be required to confirm that you read the Welcome Pack which contains our latest policies, Code of conduct, Club Ethos.
You then enter your payment details and complete the process.
Pricing options will be available on the link provided by the coach.
Your Registration Fee will be paid at this point.
Thereafter, On the 2nd of each month from February the Training/Match Fees will be paid to the club automatically.
What if I can't pay online?
Ideally we want to avoid having coaches collecting cash going forward. In saying that we do realise that this may not suit everyone so we do have a one time cash payment option available. Speak to you coach for details regarding this.
