WEEK ONE UPDATE
CHELSEA CARNAGE IN WEEK ONE
It wasn’t just the Blues who felt bruised at the Bridge last Saturday as Burnley’s late leveller saw 195 crash out with Chelsea on a dramatic opening weekend of Last One Standing.
Aston Villa were also the villains as their failure to beat Leeds proved costly for many, quite a few were stung by Brentford’s defeat at home to Brighton and two sorry souls thought Spurs would beat Arsenal!

Latest news each week will be posted here with regards to who made it through.
How it works
-
The competition starts on Saturday 21st February 2026.
-
Pick a winning team from any Premier League fixture each week.
-
If your selection wins, you progress; lose or draw and you’re out!
Important rules
-
You can’t pick the same team more than once during the competition.
-
If your chosen match is postponed, you still progress, but you cannot use that team again for the rest of the competition.
-
If two or more people are still standing after everyone else is eliminated in the same week, the €500 prize is shared equally.
-
In the event of the competition not reaching a conclusion by the end of the 2025/26 season, the prize money will be split.
Prize
-
The winner is the last remaining participant with a winning selection each week, and wins €500 (or shared/split as per the rules).
