NOTE SINCE 3rd June 2025 this process has changed and you now must follow the FAI Self registration process.

When submitting -
Profile photo must be a recent clear headshot of player (passport style). Photo of ID picture is not accepted.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TO UPLOAD A PASSPORT or BIRTH CERT of the player as PROOF of ID.
Otherwise the application will be returned and delay the registration process further.
