Letterkenny Rovers 0 - 3 Lagan Harps
Our u12 girls played Lagan this week. A very even game with both teams creating chances. Quick thinking Lagan took a short corner catching out Rovers defense. End result an Emily McMahon goal. Clodagh Kavanagh scored on the 45th minute with a well take goal. Emily McMahon got her second goal on 58 minutes. Rovers did come close a couple of times but unfortunately couldn’t make the breakthrough. Kerry Wade made a number of good saves for Rovers. Laila Devenny, Natalia Zabillo best for Rovers and a real team effort from Lagan. Well done to both teams.
U12 PREMIER DIVISION
Illistrin 1 - 0 Letterkenny Rovers
A good evenly battled encounter between both sides.
Illistrin goal came on the counter attack in the second half and was the narrow difference between both teams giving them the win.
