Rover dominated the play for most of the first half but just could not find the net.
The second half seen Rovers dominate from the start but still could not get the breakthrough. Kilmacrennan came into the game more as it progressed and managed to score from a cross that was nodded into the net. Rovers pushed for an equaliser and should and chances to score late on but it was not to be on the night.
