Aisling McGinley and Faye Casburn opened the scoring for Rovers, Isla McShane responded and pressured the defender pull one back for Donegal Town. Rovers got another two goals before half time through Amy Moore and Laila Devenney.
Aoibhinn McLaughlin and Gaye Casburn scored for Rovers in the second half.
