U16 PREMIER

Letterkenny Rovers 5 - 4 Lagan Harps

Goalscorers: Shea McFadden x2, Filip Duraj, Padraig Murphy

A game that proved to have little separating both teams. Rovers scored early to take the lead through Shea McFadden, but Lagan scored the next 2 before a scramble in the Lagan box was ended by Padraig Murphy putting the ball in the net.

This levelled off the scoring at 2-2 but was short lived as Lagan quickly took the lead again within in minutes.

Shea McFadden scored his second of the match with a good composed finish, and similarly Lagan once again went ahead with a very similar goal from the right wing by their number 8 Loughran putting them ahead by one goal 3-4.

Artem Luzhetsky got on the score sheet striking from about 22 yards low and hard to the right levelling the game once again.
