What’s Cadbury Kick Fit All About?
Cadbury Kick Fit is a relaxed, no-pressure football fitness programme for women aged 18 and up. Whether you’ve never kicked a ball before or you just want to get out and get active, this is your chance to enjoy football in a friendly, supportive group. No experience needed—just bring your trainers and a smile!

What Happens at a Session?
Each week, we meet for an hour of light-hearted activity:

A warm, friendly welcome (and maybe a few giggles!)

Easy warm-ups to get you moving

Simple football games and fitness activities—no pressure, just fun

Cool-down stretches and a cuppa with the group afterwards
You don’t need any special gear or skills—just comfortable clothes and a willingness to try something new.
