Our Saturday side delivered a commanding performance in the Ulster Shield, securing an impressive 7–1 victory over Culdaff FC today.
Paddy Collins opened the scoring in the 13th minute, with James Barlow Gallagher adding a quick second just two minutes later.
Jordan Nugent continued his fine form with a well-earned hat-trick, converting two penalties and finishing smartly from open play. Dylan Doogan also found the net with a composed strike.
A proud moment came for Alex McDevitt, who scored his first senior goal after progressing through the club’s underage system — a great milestone for both player and club.
Culdaff reduced the deficit midway through the second half with a well-taken goal in the 65th minute, but our side remained in control to the end.
A sharp attacking display and another excellent all-round team performance.
