Sorcha Keys and Holly McCarron, who play for our U14 girls squad will represent Donegal Women’s League in the Prestigious Gaynor Cup, next week. They leave today for the week long event.
The Gaynor Cup is an integral part of the development of womens soccer in Ireland. FAI scouts use the tournament to select players for Underage International Teams.
Club Coach Brid McGinty is part of the Coaching setup along with Syria McGeever (Mulroy),Bernard Doherty(Bonagee) and Sinead Kelly (Raphoe Town).
It’s a great achievement for these young ladies to represent club and County at such an important Tournament and we wish them and their teammates all well in the week ahead.
