Raphoe Town 0–3 Letterkenny Rovers
Letterkenny Rovers secured their place in the Senior Rosebowl Final following a strong performance against Raphoe Town.
Ella McCarron opened the scoring after just six minutes, converting from an Aisling McGinley corner.

A superb through ball from Sophie Canning then released Amy Moore, who was brought down by the advancing Raphoe goalkeeper. Erin Doherty calmly converted the resulting penalty to double Rovers’ advantage.

Rovers continued to create space through some excellent passing, while Raphoe’s long-ball threat towards Vanessa McHugh was well marshalled by Fay Casburn, Leanne Gordan and the Canning sisters, Holly and Lucy.

Megan McGinley produced an excellent save in a one-on-one with Vanessa McHugh before punching clear a dangerous effort from Aisling Grieve shortly afterwards.

With ten minutes remaining, Hannah Stolarczyk made a driving run down the left before spotting Amy Moore’s advancing run. Moore beat the offside trap and finished confidently into the bottom corner to complete the scoring.

Ella Doherty and Grace Bowden were both unlucky not to convert an Ella McCarron cross during the closing minutes.

Rovers march into the Rosebowl Final against a strong Swilly Rovers side on Sunday 20 September in Ballyare at 2:30pm
